英语from to和from through有什么区别

1、 from …to…主要用于英国英语，from …through…主要用于美国英语，两者都可表示持续的时间，后者可以省去介词 from。

2、 另外，两者在含义也稍有差别：from …to…对终点时间是否包括在内并不清楚，而from …through…则表示包括终点时间在内。如：

I go to work from Monday to Saturday. 我每星期一至星期六上班。(星期六是否包括在内并不清楚，即星期六是否上班并不清楚)

I go to work Monday through Saturday. 我每星期一至星期六上班。(星期六包括在内，即星期六也上班)
