of用就近原則嗎 either

如果是either of這個短語作主語，那麼謂語動詞必須使用第三人稱單數，不存在就近原則。如：Either of the twins is at school.

如果把這個短語改成...則的確是就近原則。如：Either Tom or his parents are at home.或者Either Tom's parents or he is at home.
