不一定要加過去分詞:

should be用，這裏的be是系動詞 ，should be後⾯加形容詞，副詞或者⽅位名詞。

如:

Everyone should be here on time.大家都應該按時到　

It should be a nice day tomorrow.明天應該是個好天⽓。

He should be home by now.他現在應該在家。

含情態動詞的被動語態: can/may/must/should…+be +過去分詞

如:

A new puter center (should be built) in our school.

過去將來時的被動語態: 

(1)d / should + be + 動詞的過去分詞 (2) / were +going to be + 動詞的過去分詞.

如:

She said that some new factories would be built soon in our city.

He thought that your watch was going to be mended after an hour.
