陈述句式：It is + 修饰天气的adj。 表示天气怎么样。时间词+is + 修饰天气的adj。表示某天的天气怎么样。提问句式：What's the weather like + 时间词

例如：

What's the weather like today? 今天天气怎么样It's rainy/ cloudy/sunny. 是下雨的/多云的/晴朗的。
