onbench與onboard的區別

on bench: 在長凳上

While watching passersby， she sits on bench next to a fountain， purple rhododendrons， and a bed of petunias.

她坐在長椅上看著人來人往，而旁邊就是噴泉、紫色的杜鵑花與牽牛花圃。

on board:

在船（火車、飛機）上

They rescued him， then winched on board his battered dinghy.

他們解救了他，然後用絞車把他那受損的小艇吊上了甲板。

什麼行業呢 IT業的，on bench指的是沒有進入到任何一個專案組，手頭沒有專案做，相當於是坐冷板凳。 on board一般指入職報到。
